THE VICTOR M. BIRELY MEMORIAL FUND |
| Created in memory of a former LGDC president under President Steven Lee Carson, this fund sponsors the remaining seven lectures per year and like the one-time annual Landes Fund, covers honorariums, travel and hotel expenses, etc., for the speakers, or in other words, the core purpose of the Lincoln Group. Funded by a series of matching grants by William C. Birely, members donations and a grant from the United States Capitol Historical Society. |

| THE LIFE MEMBERS FUND |
| Created under President Steven Lee Carson for those who wish to hold life memberships, this fund was also established to help assist with any unexpected LGDC needs. |
| THE BICENTENNIAL FUND |
| Created under the presidency of Steven Lee Carson by the Chairman of the Board and former LGDC President the Hon. Fred Schwengel, M. C., with a grant from the United States Capitol Historical Society he then directed, this fund was set to help plan LGDC programs for Abraham Lincoln's Bicentennial in 2009. |
