- South on 7th Street to Maine Avenue SW (the Waterfront will be directly ahead of you).
- Turn left on Maine Avenue SW, which will turn into M Street SW.
- Turn right on 4th Street SW.
- Go through one light, and continue to the dead end.
- Turn left, go past the front gate/entrance to Fort McNair (which will be closed) and continue to the second gate/entrance by following the brick wall on your right.
- Turn right into Fort McNair before the intersection.
- The guard will direct you to the Officer's Club.
