				February 12, 1985 LGDC President Steven Lee Carson was asked to serve as Master of Ceremonies, along with the Hon. William Howard Taft IV, Deputy Secretary of Defense, and with the Swedish Ambassador, at the annual wreath-laying ceremony at the Lincoln Memorial. The proceedings were broadcast over the Voice of America.
